Pride in Port activities are just around the corner, and the excitement is building!
Starting next week, we have a fantastic lineup of events:
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 2024: PRIDE IN PORT
JOIN US FOR A FULL DAY OF EVENTS
11:00 – PRE-PARADE of Blue Moon, Taekwondo and Cancer Care TONH Showmobile in front of the PW Train Station.
11:30 – PARADE - School participation and Floats from each school.
12:00 – 3:30 - CARNIVAL for the kids of the community – All rides are free and include – The Wrecking Ball, Trackless Train, 3 Lance Obstacle Course, 25’ Klime Wall. Club Fundraising Activities are at cost and include Popcorn Cart, Cotton Candy Cart, Snow Cone Cart, Sports combo and activities from Schreiber organizations. Families are welcome to bring a picnic lunch while they enjoy the rides.
12:00-6:00 – Food Court - on the elevated parking lot between the Weber (Flower Hill) All-Purpose Room and the Track – featuring: Philly Pretzels, Rosie’s Grilled Cheese, Yummy Gyro, The Filthy Pig, and Smusht – and possibly more!
2:00 – VARSITY FOOTBALL GAME VS. WESTBURY HIGH SCHOOL
3:30 – 5:30 – CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT – Competition between all schools – separate competitions between Elementary Schools, houses of Weber Middle School, and Clubs/Teams from Schreiber - $10 a partner set per game.
4:15 –LINE DANCE called by Jim Emory! Come with a group – come with a partner! We will set you up!!
All Pride in Port Events are free except for Club Fundraising activities, Food Court, and Cornhole Tournament.
