Note from the Principal

Dear Sousa Elementary School Families, 

On behalf of the John Philip Sousa Elementary School Staff and the Sousa Home and School Association I would like to welcome you to the Sousa family. The purpose of the Sousa Handbook is partner with our families to enhance communication, define expectations, and provide explanations to help ensure a safe and happy learning environment for all. The Sousa handbook is a general guideline which is meant to work in collaboration with the Port Washington School District policies and protocols.  By spending a time exploring the information included with your family, we hope to facilitate a stronger home/ school connection.
